Skilled in technical leadership, production, product development, project management, quality assurance, and collaboration. Passionate about driving innovation and growth in the industry- Product Development: Spearheaded the design, development, and testing of innovative lighting and home decor products, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance- Product Costing & Negotiation: Handling and negotiate the costing from suppliers and inhouse contractor to achieve the target prices. Prepare quote sheets and offers for clients-Inspection: Conduct sample Inspection prior to dispatch to the client. Compare the sample with the client approved cads, swatches and specs etcCommunication: Communicate to buying agents and Buyers on day to day basis to stay updated and to answer queries related to developments, designs, production etc via mail- PPM: Participate in all Pre-Production meeting with buying agency representatives. Review the product and address if any design modification needed. Prepare PPM notes and share with internal and external team so that everyone will be on same platform- Monitoring Production: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks & take corrective measures to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality & safety standards- Collaboration: Worked closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch- Follow Up: Follow up from suppliers and internal teams on daily basis on progress of the running samples
