Responsible for product support for Perkins Industrial Engines (400 series and 1100 series) and Perkins EP Engines series and series).The Major work responsibilities are as follows:*Generating and handling enquiries of spare parts, AMC, CAMC for Perkins industrial engine and EP Engines and converting into orders.*Maintaining AMC tracker for renewals, invoicing, engineer visits etc.*Preparing technical and commercial quotations, proforma invoice, sales order acknowledgment and creating indent.*Responsible for planning and executing of orders.*Coordinating with service team, so services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.*Coordinating between internal departments (Service, Finance, Purchase and Store).*Coordinating with store team for execution of order and ensuring the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.*Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.*Preparing technical & commercial documents for E-tendering and submitting.*Developing and maintaining relationships with aftermarket vendors.*Meeting clients for feedback related to product & services.*Meeting clients for negotiate and finalization of orders.*Posting invoices on portals and following with customers on payments.
