Major responsibilities to lead MEP Project works, Billings of Residential and Commercial buildings• Project Planning, Material Planning, Contractors Selection. Meetings with Consultants, Clients, Others Site Contractors etc. Handle & Coordinate with Vendors & contractors. Follow ups & Execute projects as per schedule. Billing part (Clients & contractors). Follow ups of Material order & delivery. Certify measurement & submit billing monthly as per client date. Installation of chilled water MS pipe with Valve Stations, Btu meter etc. Pressure test in piping (for leakage and pressure). Site supervising and man power control. Installation of VRV system with all copper piping and refnets. Nitrogen pressure and leak test. Get approved shop drawing, MEP coordination drawing, work method statement and project specificationfrom project manager. Ensure the HVAC ducts, fitting accessories and chilled water pipe fitting, accessories are available andapproved by inspection team prior to installation. Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation. Assist design team in preparing technical submittal. Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC personal for surveillance to ensure quality work. Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing. Active involvement in weekly meeting with project management team. Assist commissioning team for HVAC equipment’s. Follow ups of material order & delivery to vendors. Utilizing the budgets within the limit. Follow ups to AMC’S vendors like HVAC Chillers, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Elevators, Escalators, ElectricalLT HT Rooms etc as per schedules. Site inspection will carry as per schedule. Prepare daily DER-Report & share to client. Co-ordinate with fit out teams that all services are connected safely to the main services of the mall.
