   As part of the Intervention and Recovery team at Battery Smart (BAAS & SWAP), I am responsible for addressing on-ground operational challenges to ensure asset security, driver retention, and seamless recovery processes. My role involves close coordination with field teams, KAEs, drivers, and partners to proactively identify issues and implement timely interventions.Key responsibilities include: Battery & Asset Recovery: Leading initiatives to recover batteries and assets from inactive, defaulting, or deboarding drivers across regions. Driver Engagement & Retention: Working directly with drivers to understand concerns, resolve grievances, and improve service satisfaction to minimize churn. Field Issue Resolution: Managing critical on-ground problems including non-communication batteries, vehicle inactivity, and driver-performance escalations. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborating with KAEs, service teams, and finance to ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and execution of recovery protocols. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and auditing field-level execution, ensuring timely resolution of open cases and maintaining recovery SLAs. Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring every recovery or intervention follows internal SOPs, with complete field-level documentation and approvals.
