since August 18th, 2021.Current Responsibilities:To monitor entire FSSC Scheme Version 5.1 (ISO TS 22002-1 & FSSC Additional requirements), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015(Environment Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), HACCP and their implementation on regular basis.Responsible for all the inspections and audits conducted by the delegates from various countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Algeria, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Middle East, Russia etc.Responsible for all types of surveillance audits for all the certifications and the re-certification audits.Organize Internal Audits, Management Review Meetings for all the systems implemented.To handle non-conforming products.Initiate requests for and follow up corrective actions taken against non-conforming product and customer complaint.To ensure calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipments and maintaining records.To carry out quality checks in all Raw Material, Packing Material and Finished Product.To review the effectiveness of FSMS and IMS (Integrated Management System) and report to the top management.To develop Food Safety Team and Safety committee.SOP Preparation and review.Validation and Verification of CCPs.Maintaining lab as per ISO 17025.o Knowledge of FSSC HACCP, FSSC, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, ISO ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018and their implementation.
