I am a Mechanical Engineering professional currently working as a Quality Manager at a NABL Accredited Calibration Laboratory in Aligarh. My work focuses on laboratory quality management, calibration systems, and implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 standards.I have been part of the team that achieved India’s first private NABL accreditation in Chemical Metrology for calibration of environmental monitoring instruments including SOx, NOx, CO, PM10, and PM2.5 analyzers.My responsibilities include calibration system development, laboratory documentation, measurement uncertainty calculations, internal audits, and coordination with technical teams. I have also contributed to the development of engineering setups such as a Subsonic Wind Tunnel for anemometer and pitot tube calibration and a Water Flow Meter Calibration System for ultrasonic and electromagnetic flow meters.Previously, I worked as a Food Processing Machine Operator at Seville Products LLC / IFFCO, Dubai, where I was responsible for operating industrial machinery, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality standards.
