As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in building, consultancy and construction, I specialise in business, project, and facilities management. My career journey has equipped me with a robust technical foundation, strategic leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational excellence in diverse industries. Currently, I in PBSA industry serve as a Property Caretaker at Student Roost, focusing on delivering exceptional living experiences and maintaining high standards in property care toward sustainable building maintenance. I have also worked in fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion among residents in-house. My academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, a Bachelor of Science in Project and Facility Management, and a Diploma in Building Services Engineering. These qualifications and being a member of professional bodies like Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM) have strengthened my ability to lead strategic problem-solving I have been fortunate to receive recognitions such as the Strathclyde Business School Full-time MBA Scholarship and the Innovation Award from Subang Jaya City Council.
