Dark Store Trainer at BlinkitI managed Inbound (IB) and Outbound (OB) trainings to improve dark store operations across Uttar Pradesh (East), Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.In Inbound (IB) training, I conducted induction (Prarambh) sessions for new hires such as Pickers, Putters, F&V Executives, Store Managers, and Merchants. I also delivered refresher, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job trainings to improve accuracy, reduce wastage, and strengthen floor performance. Along with process training on Store Ops, Delivery App, Superset, Retail, Lifeline, and Customer Delight dashboards, I also provided soft skills training on communication, Slack usage, and email etiquette.In Outbound (OB) training, I trained Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Riders on SLA metrics, KPIs, and delivery concepts. I also guided Riders on customer service, product handling, app usage, grooming, and hygiene to ensure a smooth customer experience.Through these efforts, I contributed to improving employee skills, process compliance, and dark store performance, while also supporting new city launches.
