A prevalent challenge faced by many businesses is the deferral of accounting needs until legal and tax compliance concerns reach a critical point. This often results in last-minute decisions, such as hiring one-off consultants with unrealistic expectations, leading to working on emergency timelines.As a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional, my mission is to shift this reactive approach towards a proactive strategy by streamlining financial processes.
