Hi, I’m Mohd Akram, currently working as an Accounts Receivable (AR) professional in the US Healthcare domain.I have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with hands-on experience in handling insurance follow-ups, denial management, payment posting, and resolving claim issues to ensure timely reimbursements.In my role, I work closely with payers to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, analyze claim denials, and take appropriate actions to maximize revenue recovery. I’m also familiar with various insurance types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.My work has helped me develop strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with complex claims and payer guidelines.I’m always looking to improve my knowledge in AR processes and contribute effectively to organizational goals by reducing AR days and increasing collections.
