Recognized for and tasked with generating new business opportunities for the firm within the mandated areas - starting from designing innovative payoffs and products for clients, to improving our capabilities in platforms like Repacks / Warrants etc, to playing the instrumental role in setting up the first offshore government bond ETF for India, to setting up new products like Bond Forwards, Total Return Swap etc. from scratch and so on.More recently tasked with increasing the ‘Derivatization’ of flows at Axis Bank, delivered a high double digit YoY growth in Derivative Revenue for the Bank grossing highest ever number in that category. Responsible for leading the business end to end, from Product, Process and Policy set up, to ideation, content generation, training, client pitching, MIS and even representing the Bank on regulatory forums like FIMMDA and FEDAI.I have been part of the strategy team deciding on product roll outs and executing them to ensure our product capabilities are in sync with evolution of regulatory guidelines. Experienced in analyzing market trends, assessing risk, and designing custom solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, I also have a strong understanding of financial modeling and have used it to create innovative solutions that have helped clients achieve their goals.
