Responsible for First Mile operations at Delhivery managing pan india zones 24X7 2. Managing a team of 10 direct reportees and over 120 onground team members taking care of managing vehicles/ driver/ QC and verification based on the client requirements 3. Primary POC for managing the escalations raised during the execution in the FM stage 4. Span of control - 12 employees based out of Bangalore, Gurgaon and Hyderabad locations handling Pan India operations. Handled FM ops for Trips per month of a monthly revenue of ~60 cr. Drove FMPOC productivity beyond 30 trips per day per month per person. Drove S&D reduction from 9% to <5% including handling dedicatedly top FMCG defaulter locations. Drove Implants [150+] cost reduction [95%. Worked with Supply / CPT on driving on time allocation for faster arrival updates [Delayed -~9%]. Improved / Set SOPs / Processes / Audit mechanism to avoid malpractices as well as exception handling. Worked with CX/BD to resolve client related issues with real time data backed escalations - including loading process, S & Ds etc. Developed capability of the team to improve productivity and decision making for faster resolutions.
