Collect, review and process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from multiple sources like Spontaneous reports, Non-interventional studies (NIS) and Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) Studies.• Perform adverse event coding using MedDRA, CPD and WHO-DD.• Ensure accurate case data entry into safety databases - Argus.• Conduct Seriousness, expectedness, and causality assessment of adverse events.• Prepare and submit expedited reports (ICSRs) to regulatory authorities within timelines.• Perform case quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs and Global PV regulations.• Collaborate with Cross - functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Clinical and QA).
