As the District Coordinator for Project Disha at Insight for Innovation since August 2024, I led a team dedicated to improving the educational quality in government, aided, and tribal schools by providing integrated educational support. My role involves overseeing the planning and implementation of initiatives to empower students with academic and life skills. I collaborate with schools, local authorities, and volunteers to ensure the successful execution of the program across the district. I also facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators, monitor progress, address challenges, and develop solutions to meet the program’s objectives. In 2023, I completed an internship with the same NGO as a volunteer, which deepened my understanding of the educational challenges faced by marginalized communities. This experience inspired me to continue advocating for educational reforms and driving outreach efforts to expand the program’s impact and improve student outcomes.
