I was 2 when my neighbours playfully put me on a public stage. Confused, I recited the only poem I knew (in full toddler gibberish). My parents heard me from blocks away and came running, just in time for the applause.The stage has been my natural habitat ever since.Hi, I’m Mohar and storytelling is my first love! From raising funds for college fests as a teenager to pitching a deal idea that led to a global acquisition, telling stories - be it through words, movement, or strategy - has always been my gift.I currently work in Deals at PwC India as the firm’s youngest (and only) Gen Z Manager and brand ambassador. In the past, I’ve worked across CX, strategy, & tech sales. I’m also an emcee, a classical dancer, a content creator, and someone who’s never lived a one-dimensional life.Beyond titles, I care most about designing for dignity - building intuitive, inclusive, and deeply human systems. Like a drop of ink in a transparent flowmeter, I believe true impact is simple, elegant, intentional.Some of my proudest moments- Helping the indigenous Monpa women in Arunachal Pradesh build an agro-enterprise in a conflict-prone border zone- Pitching and leading a cross-border deal between Calibre Chemicals (India) & Evonik (Germany) at the age of 23- Recovering from a near fatal accident at 17, and going on to graduate as ‘Best All-Rounder of the University’, awarded by former President of IndiaAs a first-gen Indian citizen in a family that migrated from a turbulent Bangladesh and audaciously rebuilt their lives, I’ve inherited an innate blend of delusional confidence & relentless persistence! Fun facts about me- I’m training to be a pro skydiver - each dive reminds me to suspend control- I’m a Bharatanatyam graduate - 10 years of learning that instilled grace & grit- I speak 6 languages - I light up when someone feels seen in their mother tongue :)As a Gen Z, neurodivergent, queer woman, I\'ve learned to take up space in a high-stakes corporate world and help others do the same. My volunteer work focused on empowering women, supporting cancer warriors, & enabling youth access to opportunities has been recognised by the PwC India Foundation with the Social Badge of Honour.I’m passionate about preserving underrepresented cultural legacies and building leadership that doesn’t mandate fitting in, but expands the frame to include everyone.If you’ve read this far, I hope a piece of my story stayed with you.
