Q-SYS Reflect is QSC’s cloud-based AV platform that enables centralized monitoring, system management, and analytics across enterprise deployments. I lead strategic product initiatives that shape Reflect’s roadmap and operational maturity- Defined and executed the product strategy for core Reflect features: License Manager, System Explorer, Space Manager, and System Reliability, delivering increased system transparency and platform scalability- Partnered with stakeholders across UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Security to translate market needs into validated product requirements, balancing technical feasibility with user value- Introduced user behavior instrumentation, enabling data-informed decisions and prioritization of roadmap features based on real-world adoption and engagement insights- Led customer discovery efforts, integrating voice-of-customer feedback early in the development lifecycle to refine user journeys and problem definitions- Spearheaded SDLC and delivery process improvements, driving backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and alignment across multiple pods for improved velocity and execution quality- Collaborated with leadership on feature OKRs, roadmap planning, and cross-team alignment, ensuring successful feature rollouts and alignment with Q-SYS’s cloud-first strategy- Contributed to Q-SYS Reflect being recognized with the SCN Award for Most Emerging Technology at InfoComm 2025.
