   Responsible for the administration and management of all production database infrastructures, including architecture and design, capacity planning, release management, Change Management, compliance, and procurement. Extensive experience of administering highly available OLTP production environments incorporating, Always On and Database Mirroring. Accountable for the provision of production database environments that strive for zero down time. All maintenance and code releases are performed whilst the sites are still available and without compromise to performance. Preparing Standard of Procedure (SOP) Documents for lifecycle management, upgrades, device configurations and high availability. Coordinated with Application teams to use CI/CD GIT Pipeline for Automated Deployments Responsible for Planning and Implementing DR Testing for KFA & for Mission Critical Applications. SPOC for Internal Audit team by providing necessary info related to SOX IT Audits Responsible to coordinate with Multiple teams related to Storage, Data Center and EOL Migrations Reviewing periodic Access Management for team as part of Quarterly Attestation Campaign. Ensuring all Servers are patched on Periodic basis to mitigate Security Vulnerabilities. Responsible to ensure all the Change Requests are approved from all stake holders before deploying on Production Servers.Coordinating with Application Managers of High Value Assets to ensure periodic DR Failover Tests are conducted Annually as per the company Policies. Working on monitoring tools like SQL Idera, S Com and Zabbix for End-to-End monitoring on all the Production Servers. Worked on IT Audits in which performed the security clean ups, creating proper AD groups as per the divisions and assigning the individual users to them and cleaning them from the server. Process Implementation Continuous Service Improvement plan Responsible for meeting the defined SLAs and Operations Management.
