Work Closely with Treasury Director and would be responsible to manage the entire Treasury operations, Fund forecasting for the company. • Planning and managing the liquidity position by way of fixed deposit and Mutual Fund investment • Monitoring daily cash balance and managing the fund transfers both inflow and outflow of funds toward RTGS / NEFT / EEFC for India region • Liaising actively with all the banks to have privileged relationship across all the products • Taking special fixed deposit interest rates from all banks and booking deposit • Taking fine and competitive foreign exchange rate from all the banks and fixing the exchange rate for Foreign Currency conversion. • Maintaining inter-company loan interest summary monthly. • Managing the System Administration access for all bank’s online portal, by the way would create access for new Makers, Verifier and Authorizers as per Board Resolutions for all Asian countries. • Regular update of company board resolution with all banks and update new authorized signatories in banks record for all Asian entities. • Conducting Weekly hurdle team meeting with both Internal & External stake holders like AP & Payroll team across Asian region.
