Responsible for overview the MRP, Special requirements and convert the PO in on time as per the KPI (Category – Raw pipes, Pipe bending, Small Fabricated and machined parts, Flanges, Valves, Gauges and Regulator, Fasteners, Paints, Grit, Ore, Welding consumables, Seal kit, Springs and etc.)- Lead the sourcing activity and supplier development for existing parts to reduce the cost and on time delivery- Responsible for to develop the localization parts for high consumption materials or long lead items- To build and maintain the good relationship with internal team as well as suppliers- Expedite the all materials from suppliers and delivered to production- Coordinate with the vendors for the inspection call based on that we will organize the inspector based on the priority- To plan the vehicle on daily basis based on the cleared materials from the vendor end- Coordinate with stores for safe receipts of materials and follow up with vendors for the shortage items asper ESDR (Excess Shortage Damage Report)- Coordinate with Finance if any payment issue will be sort out and Reconciliation vendor outstanding Statement with Oracle System & Manual.
