Attained hands-on marketing experience in handling institutional, B2B & B2C customers across diverse business segments viz automotive, industrial, agricultural, auxiliary power & marine. Thriving on complexity in the last two decades with Greaves Cotton Ltd, I reveled in my assignment of establishing core business of organization - engine sales for Automotive applications. The ambit of work comprised all aspects of setting up a new business which encompassed conceptualizing business model, organization structure, establishing brand, building strong relationship with customers and robust competitive product value proposition for sustainable leadership in business segment which the organization enjoys today. As head of R&D for Engine business (Automotive and Industrial Engines),at Greaves Cotton Ltd, leading a team of 135+ engineering professionals. Key deliverables have been strategic technology planning, streamlining new product development cycle with key focus on first time right and design to cost, and reduced product development cycle. Established strong relationships with key decision-makers at senior management levels for revenue growth in automotive industry and acquired accounts of top commercial vehicle manufacturers in country.
