I am a Mechanical Engineer having an experience of more than 3 years in the field of Operations & Maintenance. I worked as an Assistant Manager in TRB Manufacturing division of NBC Bearings and from there I gained the experience of working with the diverse system of manufacturing machinery and decisiveness to carry out process improvements and effective repairs while reducing man-hours & improving efficiency, manpower handling & deployment, fault identification & countermeasures, and root cause analysis & got familiar with the concepts of Lean manufacturing, spare planning, 7QC tools, and SAP PM module. I am Looking for a change in Auto-Ancillary/Steel/Power/Solar/FMCG industry with opportunities to learn and grow.
