Preparing the team for the client interaction by conducting internal reviews for each LOBs. Attend and lead WBRs, MBRs & QBRs for each account and ensure performance is met consistently. Ensure standardisation and best practices are deployed in each account. Ideas for value add to be developed and shaped to make a project and help in process improvement. Client interactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth operation.
