Review & ensure the technical & commercial requirements for the projects are compiled against the PO & other MR documents. Assess project risks and issues to provide solutions where applicable Chair and facilitate contract review meetings with all stakeholders and documenting, following up onimportant actions and decisions from meetings (MOM) Create new sales orders, Order entry in LN (ERP), update existing sales orders, and maintain the changeorders record. Work directly with customers & act as a single point contact to obtain the GAD, QAP & other technicaldocuments approvals Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for eachproject. Developing project strategies & undertaking project tasks as required. Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. Monitoring the daily progress of the project to ensure the project deadlines are met & controlling theproject scope & cost Expediting the inspection & shipment release note, coordinating with shipping department for dispatchplan, invoicing instruction. Coordinate with finance department for receipt of payment against the milestones Preparing necessary presentation materials for customer meetings.
