The product is deployed in some of the large enterprises supporting applications serving millions of users. Solution Engineering and Escalations - Developed a strong and highly performant team of engineers responsible for engaging closely with customer and sales teams providing architectural guidance, technical trainings and support POC, deployment and post deployment activities- Engage with large customers on post deployment activities to drive feature consumption by providing architectural guidance. Synthesize customer engagement into actionable feedback to product team on features, use cases and quality- Work with the support team on complex technical issues with the product. Developer Productivity(devops): Built a three region team of developers and operators of kubernetes, istio and cloud native technologies. Responsible for building and maintaining the CI/CD infrastructure, multi region cloud infrastructure, security, reliability, uptime, compliance and cost control- The CICD infrastructure supports three distinct products, team of 100+ developers developing micro services in multiple programming languages- Maintain the security, reliability and availability of the SaaS controller in multiple regions- Develop infrastructure and tools for monitoring and alerting.
