Built core UI flows for Azure AI Foundry Guardrails and Blocklists, implementing interactive sub-routes, modals, and enforcement experiences using React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, CSS Modules, and Foundry’s internal NextGen framework.•Implemented RBAC-aware UI components (permission scopes, hooks, resolver-level checks) ensuring secure access to Guardrail/Blocklist management operations across tenants, subscriptions, and Foundry workspaces.•Integrated front-end experiences with Azure ARM, Cognitive Services Responsible AI (RAI) and APIM-fronted resolvers, handling complex scenarios like stale metadata, region-specific API failures, latency issues, and 400/500 error debugging.•Designed and instrumented telemetry funnels (button clicks, modal steps, success/failure paths, SLA breach patterns) using Kusto (KQL), Azure Monitor, Application Insights, improving observability across Guardrails workflows.•Led real-time ICM (Incident Management) investigations for production failures in Guardrails and Blocklists—analyzing correlation IDs, service logs, region rollouts, APIM configs, and backend misconfigurations. Delivered root-cause analyses, 5-Whys, regression identification, and mitigation plans for live-site reliability.•Enhanced Guardrails UI performance and maintainability by refactoring reusable components, updating localization keys, removing deprecated logic, and ensuring visual alignment with Figma designs and Foundry UX guidelines.
