My main duties involve managing consultant teams to coordinate the project\'s design.\\\\n\\\\nSelected experiences:\\\\n•Designed data control processes to establish business-unit databases and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards\\\\n• Built pipelines to automate data collection processes (planning and production controls, information delivery) for\\\\nreporting and to facilitate business unit level analytics\\\\n• Aided in securing two projects worth £300m+ by implementing innovative, time-saving products, presenting business\\\\ncases & developing financial budgets with the client team, and establishing key relationships with suppliers\\\\n• Saved the project team ca. 80 hours by resolving design conflicts with engineers to develop creative solutions navigating\\\\naround sequence constraints\\\\n• Increased factory productivity by 12% by reducing inefficiencies through Pareto analysis, Lean Principles, and analysing\\\\ntime and motion data to improve future product iterations\\\\n• Led a sub-team of Mace’s digital leaders to become one of first firms worldwide to achieve the ISO-19650 accreditation by developing processes to meet information systemisation and digitisation requirements\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
