Handling the International mobility of employees – which involves preparing the agreement, Briefing to employees about the policy, Per diem calculation and payment and also supporting in Taxation and statutory compliance. Supporting International recruitment of candidates and providing end to end HR support even after their joining. HR Budget preparation for India and monitoring on regular bases.13.
