Preparation and review of Electrical Design Basis report, Load summary, and SLD. Power system studies like Load flows, short circuit studies, relay coordination, arc flash studies, motor starting studies, harmonic analysis, and transient stability studies in ETAP 19.0.1. Equipment sizing calculations and selection – Transformers, Battery and battery chargers, UPS, DG sets, APFC panels, LT & HT cables. Earthing and Lightning calculations, preparation of power and control cable schedules Equipment layout, substation layout, earthing layout, lightning layout, power layout, cable routing inputs to the designer, and review of layouts for IFC/RFC drawings preparation. Preparation of Technical specifications and Datasheets, Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and MRQs. Preparation and review of Electrical bulk MTOs and drawing-wise MTOs. Vendor drawings review- Transformers, HV/LV switchboards, UPS, Battery charger, Motors, Bus Ducts, Heat tracing, Cathodic protection. Equipment selection according to Hazardous area classification in the oil & gas industry. Participated in FAT/SAT for various electrical equipment and packages. Implementation of Various applicable standards/codes like etc. Inter-discipline coordination with Civil, Mechanical, and instrumentation departments, coordination with construction teams and planning teams to meet project schedules. Mechanical package vendor’s drawings review and approval. Participation in Project progress review meetings with customers.
