   I work as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in banking environment, enhancing IT, HR, and compliance operations by optimizing core ITSM workflows such as Incident, Change, and Request with structured approval models, risk-based escalations, and SLA governance. I leverage Discovery and Service Mapping to maintain a CSDM-aligned, audit-ready CMDB that supports regulatory reporting, impact analysis, and disaster recovery planning. In parallel, I support SAM Pro by aligning software entitlements, installations, and Product Use Rights (PUR) to maintain an accurate Effective License Position (ELP), ensure continuous compliance, and drive enterprise-wide software cost optimization.I built applications to help with KYC checks and audit tracking, and connected ServiceNow with tools such as DocuSign, SharePoint, Big Panda, and Rapid7.
