National Project Head : V-Mart Retail Limited Manage 18 Skill Development Centre’s in different locations in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Tripura, Meghalaya Location Monitoring different activities at SDC’s like Mobilization, Training, and Attendance & Placement. Coordinating with SDC Staff in different activities. Coordinating with Govt District team & State team. Provide Placement Lead to SDC’s for placed of trainees. Monitoring Centre\'s from Set up to Batch End. MIS knowledge & Compete reporting which is required. Staff Hiring and other staff issue. Project Operation ( Candidates Mobilization to Placement ) Project Fund Collection from the Govt. Responsible for submitting the project reports and continuous follow up with the departments and attending all the important meetings of RSLDC, NIRD, Jeevika, MORD and other state government meetings. Responsible for all type of liaison with the government officials and monitoring bodies of the projects like DDU-GKY, RSLDC, NULM, NSDC, ELSTP etc. Monitoring various skill development projects cost as per sanction order. Revenue and Expense budgeting for all projects. Project wise fund management. The role involved handling the operation in all 7 states guiding the state team for achieving the target of training and placement as well as maintaining the quality and MIS. New project applying and collections. Manage 80 VMarket store in rural area.( We opened 80 V-Market store in pen India which are run by DDU-GKY Trained candidates only.
