BEST, Railways, MHADA, CIDCO, FCI, MTNL and BSNL etc. • Liaising with government authorities for various statutory approvals / permissions like local authority, Chief Fire Office, Electrical Inspector, MSEB, pollution control, etc. also Liaising with the mantralayas, Ministries, Media, PR, Police, Govt. Authorities.• Acquired and handed over 45+ sites (including RTT & GBT) within SIX months to successfully launch of 4G services.• Carrying out valuation, negotiation of property and as well as authentication / verification check of registered property title documents.• Responsible for day to day operations like discussing current work issues & devising solutions for the smooth flow of operations.• Providing strategic leadership and prioritizing initiatives focused on value delivery, system reliability, efficiency, cost control, training, budget / project planning and resource management.
