   During my one-month internship in HR with Deccan Pump Manufacturing Industries, I gained valuable insights into the HR department of a manufacturing company. I worked closely with the HR team to handle recruitment and selection, training and development of employees, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance evaluation. I also had the opportunity to observe and learn about different HR processes such as payroll management, attendance management, and employee grievance handling. It was a wonderful experience that allowed me to expand my knowledge of HR practices and helped me develop key HR skills.
