Job Scheduling on Control M and in SAP. Collecting the requirements from clients for schedule information and coordinating until the job stream goes live. Testing the jobs on test server in Control M and SAP and preparing the test report. Performing operations such as Re-run, kill, delete, Force OK, order/force a job manually. Writing/modifying the shell/Windows scripts for the test/production environment. Fixing the issues permanently through Control-M Desktop based on new requirements Escalating all kind of data issues to concerned teams and hence coordinating them in resolving and identifying the issue. Monitor all the critical interfaces and resolve if any issue/failure/delay happens. Investigating the failed jobs, by going into process flow of the job stream through Control-M, SAP and UNIX & fixing the issues. File Handling in UNIX, MF and Windows Servers. Monitoring failures on servers through HP Operations Manager. Monitoring critical applications and reporting the status on regular basis. Attending meetings for discussing about the planned and unplanned outages, on demand requests, Month end Sales close etc.
