As a Principal Manager at ITC Limited, I lead the team for New Product Innovation & Renovation in Noodles, Pasta & Seasoning. I have over 20 years of experience in food processing and manufacturing, with a focus on product development, quality assurance, and operational excellence. I hold an M. Tech. in Food Science and Technology from VNMAU, Parbhani Maharashtra. In my current role, I am responsible for making recipe formulations that are operationally feasible to industrialize in factories, ensuring high-quality, safe products with consistent sensorial experiences and compliance to regulations. I also ensure packaging sustainability at the designing phase to protect our environment. Previously, I worked at Nestlé as a Nestle Lead - Pilot Plant Operations and Manufacturing Support, where I installed, commissioned, and qualified Baked Noodle lines, implemented TPM, and optimized process equipment to reduce fat and steam. I also ensured operational readiness for commercial production from the R&D center. I am passionate about creating delicious, nutritious, convenient, and affordable products for consumers and customers.
