ABOUT MOHAN BABU
Mohan worked as a production engineer in automobile and aerospace industry for more than 10 years ultimately gaining knowledge on many aspects and perhaps learning new things everyday by applying engineering procedures in manufacturing processes and production methods. My new role in composite aero structure assembly made me to learn enormous things with new manufacture procedures that i was not exposed to it before. My experience in composite manufacturing /assembly industry from past 3 years thought me various manufacturing techniques and also assembly operations which is typically different from conventional operations. Mohan always striving to bring 100% to the work I do, and my goal as team leader is to build a strong team that can work with minimal support were they can take up tasks independently with motto of Quality and safety with effective utilisation of resources. Currently, Mohan is working as technical co-ordinator at Airbus Canada Partnership limited (Mirabel, Quebec, Canada).
