ABOUT MOHAMMED MOHAMMED
I’m a junior Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Houston with a strong passion for mechanical and industrial systems. My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience and a drive to apply engineering solutions in real-world settings. Currently, I’m interning with Transocean in the Subsea Department, where I’m gaining valuable exposure to offshore operations, subsea systems, and real-time problem-solving in the energy sector. Previously, I spent 13 months with Weatherford, where I developed skills in network management, troubleshooting, and device repair—strengthening my technical foundation and reinforcing my interest in engineering innovation. Beyond my technical experience, I’m dedicated to mentoring students and helping others navigate their academic and career journeys. I’m especially interested in connecting with professionals in the mechanical, energy, and oil & gas industries to collaborate, learn, and drive meaningful change.
