Preparing technical and commercial tenders for engineered pumping solutionsDevelop customers for increased portfolio sales by consultative selling and solution selling in an effort to meet all territory forecast and growth objectives.Make sales presentations to customers demonstrating our service and upgrade capabilities. Establish and maintain Value Based Commercial Excellence account plans for the territory.Communicate to Sales Management via a monthly report on competitor information, customer needs, market conditions, issues, successes, and sales efforts. Be available for customer visits. Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information and makes presentations on all aspects of products. Provide technical solutions in order to bid and be able to detail design mixers and pumps, this would involve calculating and sizing process equipment (such as Mixers, Agitators and progressive cavity pumps, AOD PUMPS, Centrifugal pumps)Request quotations from equipment suppliers.Evaluate sub-vendor proposals and reply to bid clarifications.Create and develop proposal and enquiry documents, detail design and specify for purposes of quotation, purchase, and manufacture.Present technical solutions to clients and other industry professionals.Attend and participate in client meetings, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ensuring that customer care is foremost.Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate or as may be reasonably expected by line manager.Travel as and when required by Client needsCommunicate regularly with Clients to ensure they are updated on work-in-progress and any deviations from plan are countered or are communicated promptly to allow plans to be revised.Project manage order backlog for allocated Clients, ensuring that all jobs meet planned delivery dates and generate agreed sales and margin expectations.
