Playing a major role in the operations of the Wintel infrastructure, including on-premises datacentres, VMware virtualization technologies and IBM Cloud Solutions.• Ensure that operational SLA’s are met, track progress of current infrastructure, including capacity planning and operational improvements.• Planning, coordination and migration of on-premises server infrstructure to Private Cloud.• Configuration, deployment and Administration of VMware Virtualization solutions, ESXi, VSAN.• Manage and Administer ActiveDirectory Forests and Domains, DNS, DHCP, and Group policies configuration.• Monitor and Troubleshoot Avamar and Veeam Backup solutions, including Veeam replication jobs.• Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot McAfee ePO policies for managed systems on production networks and provide system administrator support, operations, and maintenance of the McAfee ePO servers.• Handle SCCM server Infrastructure, PKI Infrastructure with large number of Workstation and server endpoints.• Implement and support Citrix VDI technologies and remote access solutions including Citrix NetScalar.• Troubleshoot complex application, server, network related issues by analyzing PaloAlto and FortiNet Firewall logs.• Support and manage HP-3Par, Dell DataDomain and NetApp storage solutions.• Provision and manage FTP, SFTP solutions, SMTP email relay, SQL DB Administration.Technologies: Windows server 2012 / 2016 / 2019; System Management : Center Config Manager (SCCM); Non-Windows OS: Unix, Linux;Endpoint Security : Trellix aka McAfee EPO;Virtualization : VMware, Citrix;Application Virtualization : Citrix Apps and Desktops;Storage : 3-Par and NetApp;Backups : Avamar and Veeam;Hardware : Cisco UCS;Private Cloud : IBM Cloud Technologies
