About Mohammed Zuned

It all started in 2016 at TTEC (formerly Motif), where I stepped into the world of customer service. I learned quickly that behind every query was an opportunity to solve a problem, build trust, and make a real impact. For over two years, I built that skill set, one interaction at a time. In 2018, I joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Process Associate. It was a shift from voice-based customer care to structured operations—where processes, accuracy, and consistency were key. I gained a deeper understanding of how large systems work efficiently behind the scenes. In 2021, I took a big leap by joining Amazon. As an Investigation Specialist in Buyer Risk Investigations, I dove into fraud analysis, risk patterns, and decision-making under pressure. It challenged me to think analytically, act quickly, and always prioritize customer trust. Most recently, in August 2025, I moved into a new space—Chargebacks. Now I work on resolving payment disputes, investigating chargeback claims, and protecting the financial integrity of the business. It’s a role that demands attention to detail, judgment, and a strong understanding of digital payments. I’m passionate about learning, solving problems, and contributing to teams that value precision and purpose.
