I also spearheaded the MS Dynamics CRM integration across multiple business units, ensuring seamless operation across Sales, Retail, SMB, and Customer Support teams.My role involved meticulous financial planning, where I oversaw Dell and Lenovo\'s digital pricing strategies, optimising supplier relationships and expanding market reach. By establishing the Westcoast Governance Board and enhancing project portfolio alignment with business goals, I ensured transparent communication and robust stakeholder engagement. I’m proud of the strong governance structures and project management frameworks I built, contributing to over 80% success rates in quality indicators and cost efficiency.
