With over 15 years of experience in the hearing industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to provide the best solutions and services for our customers. I have a strong background in customer relations management, as well as business management, CRM, and PR. I am currently the Director at Veritas Hearing UK, a leading provider of hearing aids and audiology services in the UK and Malta.As the Director at Veritas Hearing UK, I am responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy, including advertising and PR, as well as managing the sales and customer retention and development. I also contribute to the formulation of policy and strategy as a board member, and recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff. Additionally, I maintain and develop the corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company\'s brands. I have successfully improved and tested an IT system to support integration activities, and trained new staff in the USA as part of the relocation in a previous role.
