Senior MEP Manager at Prestige Group.Ensure all MEP Construction activities are qualitatively progressing as per the schedule and agreed specification.• Coordinate and liaise with MEP Consultant and ensure that timely receipt of details / drawings / specifications / technicalapprovals.• Ensure that timely appointment of MEP Contractors on board of all disciplines and further ensure the formal work order in place by coordinating with concerned in HO.• Ensure that the shop drawings are prepared submitted by various discipline MEP Contractors on board to the MEP consultant and coordinate with MEP Consultant for their timely approvals and to get the same issued as VFC with required no of copies.• Ensure that the MEP Contractors are submitting their periodic RA Bills and further certify the same for quality and quantity.• Study of drawings and BOQ –MEP• Coordinating with design and architect teams for changes as per site conditions.• Preparation of quantities and raising material PR as per work order. • Tracking the project progress as per construction schedule.• Coordinating with the activities of Construction operations on site.• Participating in project planning and strategic discussions on the project.• Responsible to ensure all resources for the project available as per Plan to meet deadlines and to ensurequality and safety standards maintained while achieving time and cost targets fixed for week and month foreffective completion of project.• Providing support to liaison in getting approvals.• Quality Parameters:Extent of reworkSite Quality Plan Wastage MinimizationVendors & Contractors :• To assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub contractors.• To develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors.
