Responsible for leading strategic Contract Commercial and Vendor Management teams across different regions to support TCS Business Units and Account teams in managing Customer and Supplier Agreements and relationships from a compliance and risk perspective for IT Services. Management and accountable for the delivery of Contracts for IT Services and Projects supplied in accordance with the Contract and its Terms and Conditions Provide direction to the team and guide key stakeholders on contractual commitments and risks associated with Customer Agreements and support in mitigating such risks and non-compliance Managing key Supplier/Partner relationships at senior levels and advising and guiding senior stakeholders within the business on favorable outcomes Advising and collaborating with the contract and delivery managers across different regions in the contract execution and management of the daily contractual relationship with Supplier in a way that is always professional Act as a trusted advisor and a subject matter expert in the development and negotiations of IT Contracts and have a good understanding contracting issues, regulations and terms and conditions within outsourcing contracts-infrastructure services.
