Also Troubleshooting the Quantitative and Qualitative Tests 3) Interacting with the client closely during live payments.4) Preparing reports for the client and Draft AUP Reports.5) Worked in Various other life Cycle of the Asset Class such as Effective Date Procedure and Closing Date Procedure.6) Proficiency in understanding the legal language of how a CDO/CLO deal works7) Perform financial due diligence and monitor Collateral Loan Obligations.8)Modifying the model and cashflows based on the scenarios occurring such as refinancing or reset.9) Building Overcollateralization tests in Model10)Worked with trustees to independently recalculate and confirm note distributions to investors as per the terms of the deal Indenture
