From a curious student with a love for animation and design to the CEO of a successful IT firm, my journey has been anything but conventional. After completing my diploma in GWDD, I joined Techmatrick, a startup that allowed me to explore my creativity while leading as a Lead Website and Graphic Designer. It was here that I gained invaluable experience in the tech world, but I knew I was destined to create something of my own.Driven by a desire to innovate and provide tailored solutions to businesses, I co-founded Aerozef Creations. The journey hasn’t been easy working day and night, from home during the pandemic, managing leads, handling projects, and constantly finding ways to satisfy clients. I still vividly remember the days we would start work at 6 AM and continue until late at night. But all those sleepless nights and hard work paid off.Today, as the CEO of Aerozef, I lead a talented team that’s dedicated to delivering cutting-edge IT solutions from custom software development to digital transformation.    After my time as a Lead Website and Graphic Designer at Techmatrick, I decided to collaborate with Aerozef to turn my entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Today, I proudly serve as the CEO of Aerozef Creations. It may sound easy when I share it, but building a successful IT firm was no easy feat. It required relentless hard work, late nights, and dedication. I poured everything into this venture, and now, Aerozef is stable and thriving.During the COVID-19 pandemic, my partner and I worked from home, constantly pushing ourselves to meet client needs. I clearly remember the struggles—sometimes working from dawn until late at night—just to ensure our clients were satisfied. Our workdays started at 6 a.m, followed by a quick lunch break at 2 p.m, and then we’d resume work until 9 p.m. The grind didn’t stop there; I also managed sales and lead management, working late into the night to close deals and ensure project completion.There were times when we had to travel far just to meet clients and deliver on promises, but today, looking back, it feels like a dream come true to be running my own business with a dedicated team.Now, Aerozef Creations has grown into a full-fledged IT firm where we specialize in web development, digital transformation, and innovative IT solutions that help businesses thrive. What started from humble beginnings has now blossomed into a successful company, and I’m incredibly proud of the journey we’ve been on.
