Working on incidents in the queue and assigning it to resolver groups and follow up till closure. Prioritizing the Incidents based on the impact and the non-major incident within the agreed SLA’s. Coordinating with all teams for Critical/Major incidents for quick recovery. Maintaining all KPI’s required for business and continuous improvement. Collaborate with various internal department for timely resolution of incident tickets. Assisting team members and help them in understanding new changes or the updates.
