As a Design Engineer, I focus on end-to-end hardware development of EV on-board chargers, with hands-on experience in designing, analyzing, and validating high-performance power conversion systems. I’ve been deeply involved in two key OBC platforms, driving critical stages from concept to bench validation. Key Projects:1) 1.5 kW On-Board Charger (OBC)->Validated VAC sensing, CURT1/CURT2, OUTV, BATV, and protection circuits->Integrated GD32F303 MCU for feedback and fault logic->Designed signal conditioning using LM324 and EL357N->Performed hands-on testing with oscilloscope and SMPS->BOM preparation-> Layout routing using EZ Route in Altium->Tools: Altium | EZ Route | Oscilloscope | SMPS2) 3.3 kW On-Board Charger (OBC)->Focused on reverse polarity protection, soft start, and thermal optimization->Debugged feedback loops and load performance->Supported schematic reviews, BOM updates, and signal path routing-> Tools: Altium | EZ Route | Oscilloscope | SMPS
