Part of Program Delivery Team on the $64B GO Expansion Metrolinx Program• Integrate IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) best practices into contract management processes• Lead change initiatives related to planning and scheduling practices across the PDP Commercial Team and vendor partners.• Ensure alignment of updated procedures across the GO Expansion Program to support informed and coordinated decision-making.• Contribute to the development and implementation of consistent project requirements, procedures, and tools to support scheduling efficiency across all projects.• Promote a consistent delivery approach by standardizing procedures and ensuring compliance with legal and Metrolinx standards.• Analyze variances, trends, KPIs, and implement corrective actions when needed.• Hiring and mentoring scheduling staff, contributing to team growth and development• Set and monitor team performance objectives and uphold high standards of planning and scheduling delivery.• Review and evaluate scope changes and claims for schedule/cost impacts, supporting contract and finance teams.• Define scheduling standards (coding, naming conventions, calendars, resource libraries, etc.).• Develop, maintain, and update the Master Schedule in alignment with project goals.• Implement progress tracking, earned value analysis, performance reporting, and schedule changes.• Establish scheduling procedures and instructions for both contractors and project teams.• Create baseline schedules and performance curves (planned, actual, forecasted).• Collaborate with risk teams for schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations and support mitigation planning.• Monitor schedule progress, identify slippages, and report on critical path activities.
