2nd/3rd line Network engineer. • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for enterprise network infrastructure, in line with ITIL best practices. • Troubleshoot Cisco routers, Meraki MX devices, Meraki Switches, APs, FortiGate firewalls, Lancom routers, Cradlepoints, and ISP Modems. Would be required to configure switches, AP’S, Routers and ports.• Working with VSAT, Sattellites, troubleshooting and guiding engineers onsite on troubleshooting to perform. • Reacting to tickets proactively via Service Now• Log and manage tickets from calls and emails, providing updates and resolutions in line with SLAs.• Dispatch field engineers, escalate issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation.• Work with mRemoteNG, internal Wiki tools, and live diagnostics to resolve incidents effectively.• Working to resolve PSTN, DSL, FWA, FTTH, FTTC & LTE issues. • Support high-profile clients: Allwyn, BP, Shell, Estee Lauder, The Body Shop, Peter Alexander,Kaplan, Smiggle, Wendys and more.• Collaborate with different teams to coordinate onsite visits for new installs or decommissions, ensure smooth handover to field engineers and maintain stable operations for live retails/fuel sites. • Completing high level technical reporting for customers
