Interviewing new staff to meet contractual needs• Complete staff screening following British Standards BS7858 • Ensuring staffing levels in accordance with day to day security operational requirement• Conductng Security Risk Assessments and Health and Safety Risk Assessments prior to obtaining contracts• Implementing Assignment Instructions• Maintaining duty rosters, obtaining coverage for shortfalls in staff due to absence, leave and training• Ensuring relevant security documentation is accurate and fully maintained• Initiating correct responses to any incidents and emergencies • Ensuring full concise reports are submitted to the Client on all relevant situations in a timely manner • Identifying any training and development needs for security officers under his/her control• Updating Insurance Policies depending on events and contracts• Conducting penentration testing to identify needs of development• Dealing with employees PAYE/ payslips and pay queries
